Information you share
When you submit a cleaning request, email or call, you may share your name, email, phone number, property address, preferred dates and service details. We use this information to respond, coordinate cleaning and maintain business records. Please keep payment information and household access codes out of an initial request.
Website information
Netlify hosts this website and privately stores form submissions. Its hosting systems may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. This website does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics.
Service providers
Providers support website hosting and forms, business email, phone communications and private service records. Cleaning requests are delivered to the office for review. Necessary operational information is shared only to provide these services, respond to your request, protect systems and meet recordkeeping requirements.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except messaging providers and aggregators as necessary to deliver the messages you request.
Your choices
Texting permission is optional and unchecked by default. When you choose it on our form, we retain your submitted phone number, affirmative choice and the consent wording/version together with the submission date. Requesting cleaning, emailing, calling or being an existing customer does not by itself sign you up for ongoing texts. You can use email and phone instead.
